Opening with the popular NERCC outreach video, “I Built That!”, SIB Committee Chairs, Ana Cardona (Connecticut) and Liz Skidmore (Boston), set the tone for a positive discussion about women in construction. They appeared recently on the Connecticut Cable TV show, Progressive Talk, with host Aili McKeen.

The discussion was wide-ranging, with Ana and Liz highlighting the benefits of working for the Union. They shared information about becoming members of the NERCC and shared their personal experiences as Carpenters.
