The local unions and regional councils of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters own and lease real estate across the United States and Canada, including raw land, training centers, union offices, and income-producing properties. The UBC Real Estate Department assists in buying and selling real property and consults in the financing and development of new training centers and offices.
